Shipping & Returns
McGloins-Supertex delivers to addresses and post office boxes within Australia only. As of 1st of April 2022 all trade orders above $300 ex GST will uncur a $10 freight charge. All trade orders under $300 ex GST will incur a $30 freight charge. Remote NT regions freight by quote.
Goods are typically dispatched from our distribution centre within 3 business days of your order being placed online. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification which will contain a tracking number. You may track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number with the carrier.
Orders are shipped via Toll or Australia Post depending upon the size and fragility of the item ordered. A signature will be required on Toll deliveries so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, an advice card will be left for you and will direct you how to retrieve your parcel. You can advise us of your “authority to leave parcel without signature” in the comments section of your order if you will not be available to take delivery.
Shipping Time Frame
Delivery will usually occur within 2-6 working days after dispatch dependent on the service available for metropolitan, regional and remote areas. As a guide, delivery can be expected:-
NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD
2 - 5 working days
WA, SA, NT, TAS
4 - 6 working days
We take the utmost care in selecting, packing and delivering your order, however sometimes mistakes are made or damage may occur during the process. You might also change your mind after ordering, or decide that the product you receive is no longer what you want.
We accept only authorised returns for faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect goods, and for change of mind purchases, subject to conditions set out below. Proof of purchase is required for all returns so please keep your tax invoice in case you need it later.
IMPORTANT: Product returns will not be accepted or processed without a Return Authority (R.A.) number issued by McGloins-Supertex Customer Service.

If required, we will issue you with an Return Authorisation (R.A.) number and we will advise you on how to return the goods directly to us.
Return Postage Costs
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, McGloins-Supertex will pay for the return postage/delivery costs. For ‘change of mind’ returns, the return postage and packing charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return of Faulty Goods
We will replace any faulty product within the warranty period free of charge. Warranty period information is available on product pages in the product details section. We will require the faulty product to be returned to us at our expense so please call or email Customer Service for an R.A. number first. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned product prior to offering an exchange or refund.
Return of Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Goods
We will exchange or refund any product incorrectly sent or received damaged in transit free of charge. We will require the damaged or incorrect product to be returned to us in original packaging at our expense so please call or email Customer Service for an R.A. number first. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned product prior to offering an exchange or refund.
Return of Goods after Change of Mind
Unwashed, unopened and/or unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned once authorised within 14 days of your order delivery - please call or email Customer Service for an R.A. number first.
Please note that return shipping charges and timely delivery are the responsibility of the customer. McGloins-Supertex is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, so in these circumstances we recommend that you return any product in adequate packing and using trackable or registered mail.
Once we have received your return and checked the goods, a refund of the purchase price, less the original order shipping costs, will be processed. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Please be patient - we will send you an email notification once your refund has been authorised and completed and the refunded amount should appear on your financial statement approximately 2 weeks from that time.
